International Hair Company is confident that you will love our hair products. We offer the best quality paired with outstanding customer service and expertise. If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, please feel free to follow our return and exchange policies.

Exchange Policy
We accept all unused, unopened merchandise for exchange. Please inspect all products BEFORE use to confirm you received the correct products.

Return Policy
We will offer a full refund to undamaged, unused hair within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly refund the cost of your hair with no restocking fees.

• All items must be unused, unaltered, and all ties and packaging must still be intact.
• You may not wash, dye, curl, braid, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider a return.
• Please inspect and examine all hair for correct pattern, color, texture and length prior to using the hair. Consult your stylist if you are unsure.
• There are no refunds/exchanges on sample hair.

You must call or e-mail us before returning all hair extensions and weave products. All unauthorized returns will be discarded.

We offer fast shipping and always ship out orders in-stock before 3:30 pacific standard time. However, we are not responsible for late shipments via third party carriers resulting in missed hair appointments etc. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Please refer to your tracking number to predict delivery day.


Our goal is to provide the highest quality Human hair to our customers all over the world. We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with beautiful, reliable hair. In the rare event you experience matting or tangling, we will replace the it. You must send the hair back within 15 days after initial problem for an inspection. We will examine it for any damage or alterations prior to approving the replacement. We will not accept hair that has been altered in any way including cut hand-tied wefts, colored or chemically processed hair. By purchasing our products all customers agree to follow our return and exchange policy on lost, unwanted or defected products.
