We feel that our Virgin Indian Remy hair extensions are of such high quality that you will never want to return it. However, in the event that you do want return our Indian hair extensions, simply send it back, unused, in its original condition.
We will refund the cost of your hair with no restocking fees. You must call or email us before returning the hair extensions. All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
We stand behind our products:
If you get a product that is defective "IE: shedding or matting" we will replace it at no change. All you have to do is give us a call and send the hair back to us for evaluation. For replacement customers must call immediately after discover of problem. Products must be sent back within one week.
